Pat received his Real Estate license in August of 2002 after finishing his degree in Economics at Sacramento State and spending 2 years as an executive assisstant for two top brokers in the area (His Parents).

Between 2003 and 2006, he was a top producing agent for Realty World Connection in Citrus Heights.

In 2007, Pat left Realty World and joined RE/MAX Gold in Auburn. In 2008 he was the top producing agent for that office.

In 2004 Pat was awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.

In early 2009, Pat passed the state real estate broker's exam, and is now a broker associate with RE/MAX Gold.

Pat is the owner of multiple regional websites and coordinates a team of agents who serve clients interested in properties from those sites.

He actively helps clients interested in buying and selling homes, land and income properties located in Placer County and its nearby neighbors.

Personal Background

Pat has lived in the Sacramento area since 1985 and currently lives in Auburn with his wife Alison, a Registered Nurse, and their daughter Mia.

In his spare time Pat enjoys working out in his garage gym, spending time with his family and working in his yard.
